Katelyn is the best!!! Her level of customer service is hands down the best I have had in a long time, she takes it to a level I have easily paid three times as much to receive. Every time I come back she surprises me with how well she understands her clients. I have never had to repeat how I like my hair to be done and now I just leave it up to her. She is the only stylist I would consider and I highly recommend her to everyone!!

Had my first visit to any Sport Clips location today - it was a great experience. Not only was the staff professional and friendly, they did an excellent job. I certainly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good haircut.

Checked into this location at 2:30 gave them my phone number they said it was walk-ins and appointments only today it is now 3:50 I'm still sitting in front of the store there is two employees and one person in the store getting their haircut the thing that upsets me the most is I left my phone number they said it was going to be a little bit of a wait here it is 3:50 they could have called me and said they weren't going to get me in so I didn't sit in front of the store for the last 2 and 1/2 hours and the fact that you guys don't take cash is a big disappointment I'm sitting here right now watching the lady who took my phone number and my name while I'm sitting in front of the f****** store and she didn't even call me to tell me there was no appointments I will never visit this location again thanks for wasting my time and the fact I had to drive all the way to the bank to put money in my account because you don't accept cash and I'm still sitting here the lady just literally opened the door who took my name and number down looked right at me and didn't even say anything she can't call me and tell me there was no openings so I don't sit here and waste more of my time needless to say this location will receive no more of my money I guess it's not important
