Not a good haircut, didnt follow my hair line as requested looks like a bowl cut plus its all jagged. Im gonna have to give myself a buzz cut w/ my clippers so that I can feel half way decent at my upcoming job interview. Overall bad experience!

You shaved all my sons hair off. Your stylist looked at an 2010 inform and cut his hair how it was requested back then. We went in and she asked if we wanted the #2 on the sides and if he would like the top to be shaved or cut with scissors. We said scissors . I went back to sit down and next thing I am running over to ask what she is doing half of his hair is gone. It was to late to do anything she said that's what he wanted. My 15 year old son said he wanted all his head shave. He didn't even say a word. I was sitting 10 feet from him. After i got him home after the big upset I called and said how could you do this he has high school he has public speaking tournament this weekend he can't go out looking like that. She laughed and said the manager would call me. Still no call I even had to leave another message. Do not go here horrible customer service.
