Coming here is so amazing especially when you are welcomed by such wonderful staff. I really enjoy April in particular! She listens to what you want and somehow finds a way to make it work. I am never disappointed with her and always walk out with a huge smile and boost of confidence. I am 100% satisfied with her work!

I love the new online check in system that they have implemented. I love that I can get in line online. Thanks for taking steps forward to making my wait time more manageable.

Today you just lost business. I walked through the door and you told me to put myself on the waitlist. Machine was broken and nobody acknowledged me. While I fully embrace technology, the human element does need to remain in a service-based business.
