"Been here twice, was happy both times. Along with some of the reviews, I personally do think the MVP is a waste of money but thats my opinion, not a reason to give 1 star. Last I checked.... it is called consumer choice, if you don't think the wash + cheesy message isn't worth it... then don't get the service! If you want them to wash your hair + give you cheesy message... then request the MVP!!! Yes, they are required to ask you if you want the MVP but thats called doing their job..... I'm guessing everyone has to do things they don't like at times as a part of their own job?"

"Tommy, I came to this location last Thursday for a haircut at 6:50 pm. Donna kindly greeted me telling me she was done and used a hand motion waving me to the kiosk to check in. I though this was the case at first, but wasn’t quite sure. She was finishing with her customer so I decided to just clarify so when she was walking up I told her I didn’t catch that. So she tells me, I’m done cutting hair tonight so you can come back tomorrow and waved me off, which at that point I found out the first wave was to wave me out of the store. I was so taken aback all I could say was, oh...ok...I had a long day and rushed so I could make it in time to get a much needed haircut only to be greeted with a disrespectful woman who cared more about getting out of the store on time than making the store money and customers. I’ve been coming to great clips for many years now and this is the first time I’ve felt like finding a new place to get haircuts, but I went into another location who greeted me with smiles and a great attitude instead of disrespect. A few days later I went in to get Donnas name and ran into Arielle. Arielle is an absolute delight. I was prepared to tell her I will never tell anyone to come to this location, but after speaking with her she was able to calm me down and I will be returning for a haircut with her. I will however not support Donna and will walk out if she’s the only one there. She should be watched like a hawk when with customers and review how she treats people. I would also update her knowledge on how late your policy is for cutting hair, which I found out Sports Clips will open the doors 5 min past closing and cut hair. I would never keep your employees that late, but respect your company for offering that. I’m posting a one star for this review because of Donna, but if I had encountered Arielle first then I definitely would have placed five stars. Thank you for the great service at other locations and Donna treats your customers better in the future."
